长歌当哭之后
——审美生存限度之考察

摘  要: 《红楼梦》第七十八回,贾宝玉祭奠晴雯,悲痛的审美体验之后,却是失重的情感分量。审美生存的内在悖论发人深省。这一生存模式在美学史和当代语境中高标独领,长久以来寄托着人们对理想化生存模式的期望。它的基本原则包括个体化、感性化和自由化。考察人们对审美生存的沉思录,我们发现其中不乏质疑和批判的视角。综合地来看,审美生存的局限性表现在:首先,它是一种虚无主义的解脱之道;其次,它伴随着感性的沉迷;最后,它指向对痛苦的疏离。

On the limit of aesthetic life

Abstract:  In the 78th chapter of The Dream of Red Mansions, Jia Baoyu was grieved by the death of his pretty servant Qingwen. But his sorrow disappeared after the aesthetic memorial ceremony, which provokes our thinking. The aesthetic life has been regarded as the ideal life style. There are three basic principles of the aesthetic life: individulization, perceptualization and liberalization, for which we can infer the limit of this life style: Firstly it is based on nihilism; Secondly, it brings on perceptual enthrallment; Lastly, it leads to forgetting of distress.
